I have been consuming lots of cheese. cheese, cheese and more CHEESE... Cheddar cheese and blue cheese with biscuits for breakfast, snack. Cheese with pasta for lunch, frozen (mozzarella) pizza.. Since I'm sick of food from the coffeeshop at the HDB estate next to YISS, instant mee pok dry. I'm kinda left with no choice. >.<

Birthday celebration this year was kinda plain, just a Japanese buffet dinner at Riverview Hotel (which isn't that good, value for $$ only) and a chocolate cake from Jane's Cake Station @ Jalan Kayu (highly recommended! soft and fluffy chocolate cake better than awfully chocolate ones. OOPs! the chocolate use can be slightly more bitter)

17th october:
Ended my last official school day in njc. Ended my last day of formal school education. I didn't expect this sort of farewell. Perhaps, it was the high expectation i had after hearing the 'oh-so-wonderful' farewell assemblies in other jcs. Didn't camwhore as much as i would have wanted to.

I'm turning into a hermit crab. >.< really! My social circle in school is SO SO SMALL.

ARISTAL is OVER last friday! Glad that it was a huge success. =)=) *as always, i know NJCD will/can do it. I know this is a long overdue post, but every time i attempt to blog abt it, i failed.

I'm really glad to have join the NJCD family, really. It's here that i can feel the warmth. NJCD has given me the opportunity to dance again after the looooooong break that i took from dancing. This may be the last tym, i perform on stage. =( Can't wait to watch the juniors' SYF performance next year! *really wish, i could b able to make it then.

AM really glad that my girlfriends will able to make it to ARISTAL. =) THANKS FOR COMING & the BEAUTIFUL bouquet yall have given me. love yall! *as always!

HAD class gathering over at Step's house the following day. Turnout wasn't as good as last yr. =( BUT 'LOVE WAS IN THE AIR'! as said by one of my classmates, literally really. Interesting nite filled with ppl trying to be paparazzi but failed. Pictures up another day.

HAVING exoro competition this few days @ YMCA. In the end, it turn out quite bad. =/ us getting 6th for 2 games. well, at least we tried our best. Is that that counts.

WENT for NJCD chalet last nite for BBQ, really wanted to stay and bond with them BUT is just that i've other commitments. BOOHOO! last chalet with the chidancers yet i've to give it a miss. =(

WORST of all, i've yet to start on any piece of hw. YIKES.. i'm so dead!

just had the LAST chem spa today! =) That leaaaaves us with phy skill A this coming sat. TOTALLY dread it. Yikes.
dance prac was at rgps once agn. It wasn't as bad as wad i heard. At least, we won't force to walk a direct route to the hall.
Didn't really dance much today. Once for college dat item, once for the aristal item. That about it. Anyway, nxt week will be a busy week with many tech runs. haii, common tests coming up! ><>

PW result OUT 2dae. NJ had about 82% As, vast difference frm last yr. months of anticipation finally over. anyway, our ct was soooo funny 2dae, when he ask us to 'ding chu kun' aka go home sleep when we tried to ask about our pw results. some of us 'almost' wanted to protest. haha. but at least we did well. all As for us.
but all of a sudden, it seems like to many the A seem so worthless. haii, seriously these ppl SHOULD learn to appreciate their results =/

For nearly half of last week.. I was sick. REALLY sick. half-dead all the way.. EWW, anyway the EiE camp i attended last weekend was ENRICHING!! dun mind gg back for other camps organised by onepeople.sg =) It really allowed us, participants to say anything we want on the taboo subject. I liked my groupmates 2!! it was a mixture of ite, rp, nyp, dhs, nj, rj ppl. 1-ted was our group name.. n we had uber cool tags and logo.. a pity i didnt snap a photo of it.

had speech day today! It was so ________. anyway, i really wondered how did i managed to get thru the interview last yr.. EWWWWW. oh, CIP today was interesting.

i didnt complete the road run today although we 'ran' quite a bit. -.- jus cos we were stopped at the 26th.. initial plan was to finish in 28th min, with 2 mins leeway. but still, we managed to clinch the 3rd placing for the road run part of the hse cup! pleasant surprise uh.. AERIUS ALL THE WAY~

15th/16th feb:

chingay finallly ended. In the end, we're out of VVIP sector all thanx to our gic.. but it's okay we enjoyed ourselves in the end, no matter wad. The most irriating fact were us being pushed ard by the PA and exco ppl.. In the end, we ended up in sector 2 gerneral ushering doing the ticketing! The public were so nice, compared to wad tw had to faced =/ Is damn hilarious seeing how my grp were all against some1. OOPs, i'm evil.

overall, i enjoyed the whole process with US 19, except the fact that we were held back on sat.. almost missed the last train home. =/

=) HAD class CIP today at touch community! THE KIDS REALLY MADE MY DAY!! they were SO CUTE!!! glad, we had this cls cip! wooohooo!! totally looking forward to the next session! though some of the kids were rather attn seeking. They didn't allow me to take a moment off them and talk to other kids =/ I WOULD TRY MY BEST to interact with other kids too!! My job for the day was really fun. All i need to do was to play with some of the children, while the rest coloured on some chinese textbook. K1 kids are really nice!! haha, but i believe i could colour better than ALL of them las tym la.. hmm, okay i'm not exactly sure la.. since that like 13 YEARS ago, when i was five.. but they are SO CUTE!! =) oh, i do see the younger me in 1 of the girls! haha, i think there a girl that looked like me!! haha =)

Bleah.. it was already past 2am by the time I reached home this morning. Despite telling my parents not to wait for me since I’ll be away for countdown, hmm, I believed they ‘waited’ by not being able to sleep. BUT of course they deny it la.. THANK YOU.. I appreciate these little acts! =)

Anyway, left home rather early 2 buy moo’s hse warming gift, wasn’t expecting 2 go so early act. Oh well, is over anyway. I seem to spend 31st with you guys. Was it 2004/2005? When we (sh, xx n I) meet up on the 31st 2? Lol, I hav sotong memory la.. WADDE! Some1 pls tell me when.. So by the tym we (xx and I) finished searching for a gift, we took an even longer tym 2 locate moo’s hse.. we end up walking circles to find, but we end at our starting pt, united sq. cause moo’s hse was actually behind united sq and not the side where velocity was -.- only the IJians were there when we reached and they were opening a gambling den, playing bridge of course.. HAHA, and cute xx played for 1 round b4 rushing for her teacher hsewarming, where she only stayed for ½ hr? before rushing back -.- By then, moo’s MI frens came. We were so segregated, mind you.. IJians stayed in her air-conditioned room while they were on their own at the balcony.. We never communicate.. the atmosphere was super weird.. =/ it didn’t change for the better when we were down to the poolside to hav dinner. But there was the Shona’s bit.. quite funny tho.. but expected la =) Those MI ppl came crashing into our gambling den for the air-con.. was werid la.. we (the girls) were making so much noise.. I was practically screaming to make myself heard! Phew, at least we managed to interact wif them in the end while playing murder and detectives and polar bear, n the whole atmosphere was so much better. But Moo’s guy is certainly a shy guy! Didn’t really talked to us.. well, but it was a little better at the countdown later on. Countdown with the girls (xx, shona, cel and the little couple) this year at esplande. The atmosphere wasn’t really there since we only watched the fireworks.. there wasn’t the usual countdown process. But it’s alright.. But poor Shona’s guy could only meet up with her after the whole countdown end.. =/ hopefully, there had a nice tym 2gether aft we, the light bulbs left. =) ohhh, and the taxi uncle which drived me home from central was super nice! =)

Time for a little reflection:
2007 have zoomed past, literally! Lots of ups and downs. Lots of trauma. Lots of breakdowns. Hmm, entering a mixed school was certainly part of the ups and downs. Being unable to be as carefree as before? Or was it just the presence of guys that I’m not used to? Perhaps so.. But after a year of school in a mixed school, I’ve more or less gotten used to it. BUT I’ll probably not b able to immerse myself into NJ culture. I dunno why. But, it just seem to be a little distant..

Being in a jc, really changed me over the past year. Words can never described the change in me.. n of course, when every1 ard u enter a mixed sch.. there is bound to be the relationship part.. HAHA =) ‘fortunately?’ to say, after seeing and hearing some of ur ex-schmates break down over the past year all because of rs. I’m happy to nt be in a situation like tt myself. But sometym I wonder what would it b like 2 b in a rs? Would I act be like some of them who forget about their galfriends once they are attached? Their world seem to only surround over the guy and me. Yuck, I hope tt will not happen to me in the future. >< well, I’m just not ready for tt. Anyway, this hasn't been very good for me cuz here in poly, I find it harder and harder to study since many subjects are so totally new to me. It makes me feel as if my ability to grasp concepts has plummeted and it makes me feel kind of inferior. The culture here is very different from what I used to experience in IJ. Girls who love to share or love to study with you. Ernica was my study partner. We used to religiously go for night study and sneak snacks into the library. You could just hop into the next classroom to see a familiar face and ask her a math question and she'll help you. Y'know, the kind of place where everybody knew just about almost everybody. I'm not saying that my poly friends are selfish or whatnot. They are such an awesome bunch but its a little different. Its not easy to describe but you just don't feel the same enthusiasm in wanting to share. The environment is so much more different now too cuz in IJ, you'd just go up to any friend and hug her or sit on her lap and just lie on her shoulder when you're tired and its completely normal. In poly, omg, you are seen as having like, lesbian tendencies or smth and you just have to be careful who you touch cuz that girl might scream and suddenly jump away or you might not realise that the shoulder you are about to lean on is a guy's. haha

hmm, i do agree. I MISS IJ LIFE!!!! haiiiiiiiiiiii =( BUT NJ is not that BAD!! =)

Back from Jurong Point. Seriously, dun like the crowd. hdewuidsjk!
Ate at Crystal Jade today.

Not that good really. At least my baby lobster ee-fu noodle is not nice. Still prefer their competitor :X but dessert was nice. Honeydew Sago and Almond Cream :P

nj community service day.
NJCD performed in lt5!
it was a 1st tym performance for the juniors without any guidance frm the seniors.
i know it wasnt perfect, especially the ending mass gals, which was super messy. bleahx :X
HOWEVER, each and every1 of us put in our very best to dance to enjoy the moments on stage and THAT is what tt counts right?

BY THE WAY.. cls was given a class of kids to care 4.. urgh! so unfair. i wasnt with cls at all la. edc must b darn happy la. all the xiaodidi n xiaomeimei dere.

NJCD had its handover in the afternoon.
I must say i was taken by surprise by some of the new exco members
BUT.. like what Mr Tay had said, i too believed that the new exco will bring NJCD to greater heights!!

3rd july: back to sch 4 chidance. den rushed down town to meet SOTONG BALLssss. damn happy to see shona. BUT i spend so much $$ la. haiz. meet at the glass house for dinner. wah, how can i b so dumb. i was like watching around OUTSIDE fish n co, thinking tt it was closed, when dey are like all inside, chatting!! omg, felt so stupid. but tt the fact wad, the sign DID show a closed wad.. wadever! wad, seriously, i dun tink i will dare go back glass house any tym soon can. omg, total diagrace la.. to the waitress. BUT it alright, we will having fun, reviving memories. THE five of us. HOWEVER, dere still 1 missing person. JOY didnt turn up in the end. sadness, hopefully, she come our nxt gathering... we walked to cathay aft tt. ate ben n jerry. can u believe tt, spend so much $$ on a day. okie, i dun tink be n jerry is tt nice anymore. o well. we talked till 9++? really happy to meet shona. well, i bet all my girlfriends feel so anyway.. :D:D

4th july: start of enrichment week. OCS visit was fun, but our cls was kind of sian tho.. but something remarkable. AT LAST, the guys were so enthu working together to pack the bag!! while the gals cheered 4 them.. haha. aft tt was visit to pulau semakua. kind of sian. expected much more. n in the end, the own island was so clean.. i didnt even get to see rubbish la..o wells

5th july: onli had art edn n university talks.. seriously aft all the brainwashing frm everybody, i want to go SMU to study econs n business management? wonder if i get the results to qualify a position?

6th july: chocolate making. felt so kinda cheated of $$. wasted 3hrs undergg brainwashing. wadever la.. spend onli at most 15 mins stirring cornflakes into some cheapo choclates.. who doesnt know how to do tt uh? so crap!!
den it was lingerie talk. haha, for LADIES onli k. haha, nth much la.. onli dere to clock tym. had yoga aft tt. was doing it with laimeng n sharon.. haha. but miss imh visit as a result. sad case!!

20th june: AC band. on the whole, a great performance. but i wasnt e kind tt can appreciate concert band. i prefer stings. anyway had a great tym meeting SH and XX and of course her clsmates 2.

25-27th: common test period.

been reflecting a lot recently.

28-30th: cls chalet. turnout wasnt fantastic but expected. learnt how to play majong. hehe. kind of fun act.
cant believed dere most of the cls guys r so funny.paid the dollar to enter the WRONG chalet. haha.
sian.didnt get to cycle or play swings tis tym round tho. since it was raining everyday!!

okie. tho is only KL.. i really enjoyed the stay dere [except 4 stupid rain tt was on everyday :(:(] everything was nice! the bus trip itself was nice. NICE++, tt wad dey called tt bus? anyway, dey had tis 'cabin crew' in other words bus stewardess? i was laughing half the trip 2 kl.. tis tym round, we dint hav 2 move hotel [damn werid, but my dad <3 to shift hotel every few days] stayed in ISTANA tid tym round!! i <3 tis hotel!! was staying in tis super huge place. excutive suite i tink.. is was a combination of 2 rooms.

a brief summary:

1st nite, went kl sentral via lrt 2 purchase bus tix 2 genting den 2 bejaya times square.no more pirated DVDs shops! (can u believe tt!)shopshopshop :D:D
2nd day, genting + a little sungei wang
3rd day, KLCC + chinatown + sugeiwang + lot 10 (shops along bukit bintang)

tis tym round i spent the most $$ ever in KL. bought lots of stuff! bleahx :l, probably cant shop in GSS le.

4gt to mention, while i was in chinatown, dere were pirated DVDs n stuff. anyway, it was super scary! i was in the middle of this street in chinatown when ppl started shouting police n everybody in the centre section of the street kind of packed up n rushed in? police vehicle was dere shortly. the whole atmosphere was super tense. geeks..

the camp went fairly well? [hopefully]at least the kids seem to hav enjoyed it! esp wacko and market place!!hopefully dey did learnt a lot from the game! n hopefully, the furture mentorship pgm would turn out jus as well (bleahx)

back 2 sch 2dae to do econs VA. well, 1st intention was to meet up as a grp. BUT as usual, we hav ppl who cant turn up, some1 who was late(woah! he was the 1 tt wanted us 2 meet early! hmph!)

anyway,apart frm tt.. ECONS VA is halfway done!! YAY! at least i finished my part in sch 2dae:):) even watched a little of smile pasta in sch 2dae :D guilty..

omg. i realli cant believe it. half a yr has jus gone by like tt! tym jus seem to pass so fast! june HOLIDAY has comeby.. but the feeling jus differnt! haiz.. back in sec sch, june hol is a getaway frm exams, a period of relaxation... but now? CT r coming, n till now - i still doubt my ability of a JC student. wad if i flung all my subs? i cant imagine it. haiz.. realli nid 2 spend tis june hol well!

back 2 sch 2dae. 4 xtra chem lecture. bleahx.. was late 4 abt 10mins? o well, lucky cher din start yet. n dere the chem VA - VSEPR theory. was it well done? all the grp seem so pro/prepared. we ONLY had a rap,a skit,a 'model'. no flash animation, no video, no powerpoint.. haiz.. cant blame ppl, its my fault.. i nid to pull my my socks. set my priorites rite!!

aristal jus ended. according to some, it was a great show =)=) i must say well done to all four dance grp!! w/o any 1 of us, ARISTAL wont b made possible!!

CD had 3 items 4 the nite. Metamorphosis, heartbeat n yong ye. although it is significantly lesser den the other dance grp, it doesnt matter. cos its quality tt matter nt quantity...

MANY THANX 2 CD seniors! 4 being so forgiving wif us juniors.. 4 our instructors/choreographers Mr Benedict Soh, Mr Wang (sound funny in eng).. 4 our chers-in-charge... manymany thanx:):)

LET hope tt Aristal 2008 will b a better 1 !!

ARISTAL 3 days away!! juz got my full costume. haiz.. i still tink tt my dancing skill is still bad.. urgh. i guess i m nt tt suited to dance CD genere, i nid tym to get use 2 its genere... i m onli suited to modern ballet.. haiz.

ooo. had interview 4 ine exco during CD lunch break 2dae.. its nt tt bad i guess.dunno.

rushed 2 westmall 2 buy foundation. -.- cos i nid it on sat. woots. n i will b wearing fake eyelash 2. woo.. wonder who i will look like on sat. hurhur..

OKAY. i had enough of my PW grp! was rushing GPP until 2am 2dae.. urgh!! wad abt my econs VA? haiz...

well. had sex ed in the morning 4 whole hrs of torturous talk! aiyo, dey been teaching those same stuff since sec 2?? nt sure tho.. but it was sian la.. ONLI diff is tt i m in a co-ed sch now.. a bit the whole la.. 2 b listening 2 such stuff wif guys around. some of the CD ppl joined my cls session 2dae. well. it was kind of fun la. We kind of bonded 2gether.. well HOPEFULLY we did..

CD 2dae was kind of bad.. is like jus 4 days away frm ARISTAL n i still cant get the right feeling.. i m still 2 soft n rou in all my actions. n my hands 2! why cant i stop having tt ballet hand. urgh. the feeling is bad! having been 1 of the best dancers in the past during my ballerina yrs n so shit now in CD.. hopefully i b able 2 show more of my yearn to dance on stage.

OKAY.. coming to the happy stuff!! meet up with my 2/2 clique in KAP. SORRY peeps 4 tt realli last min note. wrote those stuff on the bus, on the way 2 KAP n in front of ur.. hurhur. didnt realise tt all my GIRLFRIENDS own a blog now.. o well. its never 2 late 2 start a public blog now. really looking forward 2 meet them on tue. although e venue kind of sux(it's KAP). BUT its alright! since mour main motive is to meet up n camwhore!! YES. we will camwhore right? moo, pls rmb to bring ur cam on tt day can??

HAIZ. was looking @ sk blog. it really made me reflect on wad i was aiming in life. i m realli feeling lethargic, tired of my life. tired of the often betrayal i received frm ppl. tired of the ppl ostracised me when i realli dont knoe wad gg on. tired of putting a smile on my face when i m feeling down. aft artisal come to an end. i realli nid 2 reorganise my life. i dunwan 2 let 2 yrs of my pre-university life come to an end w/o putting in my outermost effort to live it! i dunwan 2 live a life of regret! coming to tink of it, i hav been living in my comfort zone ever since dun know when. i hav really small social circles of frens, dont i? well. den i shld b more open to changes, knowing more frens, widening my social circles.

when to watched CLDDS drama production on fri nite wif jieying, tingwei, edc, siang ee. being my 1st tym watching a chi production, i tink it was really good! ha. but shengtao was realli funny. he looked in2 edc cam when he was supposed 2 b on stage ACTING. how unpro can he get.. oops. gt the tix frm zixin but technically it was frm shengtao. well. i really must pay him back if nt treat him 2 some stuff.ha. BY THE WAY, at e end of the show we camwhore like nobody business, using their props. haha. it truly was hilarous! really enjoyed the presence of them around. but m i jus 2 sensitive? what hav i done wrong agn? bleahx.

nth unusual happened on sat. went 2 sch for CD in the morning. meet edc, jieying, manas to do VSEPR at KAP. dun tink it was very productive tho. but hopefully we will produce quality work by nxt nxt tue! i realli nid tt VA mark. dun wan to retain in J1.bleahx!

meet up at HCIBS to do PW. haiz, i tink my PW is also getting nowhere, considering tt dere wasnt much advancement in the whole GGP. so much 2 do but just so reluctant to do. moreover, i m the leader of it. haiz. m i bringing my grp 2 our doom?? anyway, we sneak in2 the function hall n ate their set lunch. i must say it wasnt fanstastic but it has lots of variety!! We had veggie, steam egg, chicken, rice, green bean soup, watermelon.. nt forgetting 3 type of drink - orange, fruit punch, water chestnut to choose frm. ha. i dun mind gg back 4 another free lunch. haha. hai ning n i will so fasinated over the whole place tho it was our 2nd tym dere. haha! thanx 4 making the effort to apply for us!
